Not going to lie, you could get that "Glamour Glitter Fashion & Fame" tshirt for less than $20 from an online tshirt making company. They're just words on a shirt. But I feel like the movie is going to make Jem and the Holograms fans a laughing stock, so now I don't want to even try to get one like it.

Thanks for visiting and sharing your thoughts in the discussion! We are glad to have you here and would love to hear more from you! Please take a few moments to sign up as a registered member of the Jem Legacy forum and continue to join in the fun. We look forward to having you in our growing community! Totally agree about all the shirts. They're all simple designs that shouldn't cost more than $20 - $25 at any other retailer. I am also concerned for the negative waves that could be generated by the movie. It's getting close, so only time will tell!

Yeah, I'm not really sure who they think their market is for Jem related merchandise. I get it that they're a boutique designer outlet, but I can't even imagine someone with expendable income spending these prices with so much other, more affordable, Jem merch available everywhere else. More power to them if they do, I guess.

Because Jem is so valuable and rare anymore, this movie coming out and prices for Jem merch is rising, especially around Christmastime in the last few years... Most of the demographic that watched Jem in the 80s are now grown women, and some of them have gone into the fashion business or other entertainment careers. So probably if they have HIGH PAYING jobs they may as well be able to afford this stuff.
