I like that she's an update of both the Hasbro and Integrity originals, plus that she's specifically based on her design from the original miniseries. My only concern is that she's coming out very early in the morning for some of us and might disappear quickly!

While I am glad they are trying to do a show accurate version, I think there are a couple of things that are off on this one. At least in these pics. The belt piece is too red. It should be more of a burgundy or dark pink/magenta color instead of true red. Also, her expression is kind of bland. I don't think I like the Jerrica head as much as the standard Jem head for Jem herself.

Mine has been shipped and is on its way!
I had to wake up at 5:30 this morning to get her, but it was so worth it. (At least it was only a 2 hours' time difference.)

Please share pics when she arrives! Waiting for mine to arrive Tuesday. Pretty fast turnaround, actually. Especially since it was only a couple of weeks ago when this release was announced!

Shopbop offered free shipping for her, anyway, no Amazon Prime needed. But what was most impressive was that Shopbop had her in the mail THAT DAY. OUTRAGEOUS!! Part of me wants to keep the clothing and sell the doll, because let's just say I have "one Jem too many" in my collection right now, but I said the same thing about "Twilight in Paris" but now I can't bear to get rid of her. I am definitely reliving my childhood dreams of being able to buy all the Jem dolls I wanted!!

We are glad to have you here and would love to hear more from you! Please take a few moments to sign up as a registered member of the Jem Legacy forum and continue to join in the fun. We look forward to having you in our growing community! The fast shipping WAS impressive! I am looking forward to receiving my shipment tomorrow. It's true, they have been good about keeping some version of Jem available pretty regularly. This is definitely one that most fans did not want to miss! Especially if they missed out on the first Classic Jem.

I received mine yesterday, and she is beautiful! I was worried she would look angry from all the promo pics, but she doesn't. I love that she is a throw back to the original 1st Hasbro doll with a closed smile.
I also love how BIG her hair is, Integrity has done a nice job of inproving with each figure they make.

Got mine yesterday! Finally had a chance to open the package and check her out today. She's fantastic! Definitely better in person. The Jerrica head does look better than the pictures made her out to look. I still think I prefer the Jem head and expression, though. Another concern I had was that her belt looked too red in the pictures, but it is not as red in-hand, with more pink glitter than the photos show. However I think a dark magenta color would have looked more accurate to the animation.
I don't have a place to display her right now, so I'm not quite ready to take her out of the box completely yet, but I will try to snap a few in-package pics this weekend.

This is one I bought in the last week! She is currently with my friend in the States, I can't wait to get her home, but it makes more sense for me to have her come over with others as it will save me a fortune in postage fees. It's going to be a good day when that box comes home

Finally got the courage to change the clothes of my doll - the only one I've had the courage to debox since I have two of her. I'm not use to these "fancy" doll bodies. To get her original dress off I had to remove her hands. . That is SCARY for me and I didn't realize I was going to have to do that when I started tonight's task. Still haven't dealt with her hair. Baby steps! I really do love this doll and think she is gorgeous! The smiling Jem sculpt is also beautiful, but this one warms my heart. Attachments:
